The "we" was Dr Ahmad Khalife, Wissam Terro and Mark Dickinson...
I remember after the rain when I was completely soaked and was running alone, that I was surprised, actually jumped out of my skin, when I heard a voice behind call my name... it was Wissam with a Snickers bar and water!!!!
Then as we continued down the road, Ahmad was running back towards us to encourage and motivate me to get to the end!!
Based in the home of the world's greatest runners, Olympia Altitude Training Center is host to some world champions and provides running services for all runners at every level...
