We have plenty of runners out and about at different times... so please give us a call at the office on 05-959262 and ask for Mark, Wissam or Omar and we will be pleased to hook you up... we are preparing for the Amsterdam Marathon right now and so everyone has long runs two or three times a week.

Dear Mark, Thank you so much for your note. It will be my pleasure to run with you, Wissam and Omar.
I had a gentle run 9km run along a tow path looking at ducks, swans and weeping willow trees on the way in to work this am. Its possible to evade traffic and to enjoy nature - even in London.
Hopefully come a few days time I will be soaking up the sites and listening to the stories of Lebanon.
I will call you on Saturday afternoon.
